Lancaster Office

Our Lancaster branch is the head of operations for Customer Street. It is both our busiest and our most populated office location and is home to over 150 employees.

There are numerous different departments running from the Lancaster office which include first line sales, premium design sales and design, customer services, development and finance. Our staff feel a real sense of belonging here and our teams can't help but enjoy this lively and very creative working environment.

Chorley Office

We opened our Chorley office back in January 2006 having chosen it for its easy access to the M6 and M61. It is because of this we have staff coming to work here from a wide area across the North West. The office can accommodate approximately 80 employees and deals with selling our new media advertising package.

Chorley have developed a strong team spirit and have become renowned for rising to the occasion when needs must.

Working for Customer Street in Europe

There has never been a more exciting time than now to be working at Customer Street. We are currently preparing to launch our first sales office based on the Continent. The first of our planned offices will be in Spain. This represents a huge investment in obtaining future new business at Customer Street but also offers anyone interested in working aboard an opportunity not to be missed.
