Premium Design

The Premium Design department is a secondary sales role within Customer Street. The design team will, as part of our ongoing customer care programme, make follow up calls to our existing customer base to advise on a variety of design products which may help to enhance their web presence. By getting to know our customers' needs we can make the most appropriate suggestions, we do this by taking the time to check out how their existing package is working for them. What will work well for one customer may not work for another and no one is better placed than our web design experts, who can draw on a wealth of experience, to advise them. Once we have established their requirements our busy Design department will then turn these ideas into reality by creating eye catching, informative and functional websites which are search engine friendly.

There are some really interesting and funny people out there and I love knowing that I have made a difference."

Development

It's not so much what our development do as what they don't do! We employ a skilled team of developers, many of whom have their own specific skill sets, who we charge with making sure the visible presence of our business runs smoothly. They will not only add additional features to our directories and customer software but they also develop and maintain our own in-house systems our staff use in the day to day running of the business. It takes great vision and foresight to take the best of the internet today and combine it with what you think will be needed to keep our services ahead of the competition tomorrow. A multi site operation such as Customer Street will also require a fair amount of love and attention lavishing on it to keep our systems running smoothly both internally and externally for the end user.
