BT announced their purchase of Ufindus Ltd, which owns and operates the Customerstreet network of sites, on the 9th of July for £20 million. Following the acquisition, Ufindus Ltd will play an important role in the continuing growth of BT Directories' new media business.

Everyone in our team is delighted that their hard work in delivering for our customers has been recognised by one of the worlds most respected and well known brands. We're confident that the acquisition by BT will open up many more opportunities to assist our clients in being found online.

The foundations of Customerstreet were laid over 10 years ago when the internet was something that most people had heard of but never really seen in action.
